The Contracts Management system provides users with full visibility of all aspects of contract purchasing.  Contract purchasing allows for the forward buying of specified product(s) at single or multiple intervals. Prices, stock locations and all agreed purchasing details are captured at the point of contract entry.

Collections from draw locations can be managed within the Core system exclusively. Further functionality is available for collections and weighbridge interfacing; details recorded at the point that the collection arrives over the weighbridge are automatically updated to the Contracts system. This in turn updates the supplier contract.

Multiple stock locations are supported which allow users manage stock control at all company and third-party locations. 

A concise suite of enquiries and reports ensure that supplier contracts and future buying can be utilitised to optimal benefit.
